Remote training and commisioning service rely on remote external access to the customers PC/ SWEP player via an internet remote access system.
This requires administrator priveleges on the PC/ SWEP player being used for remote training with appropriate firewall permissons (http access).
On site training requires the customer to provide on-site facilities, appropriate staff to be trained and provision of electronic media the customer would like to show on their screens (logos, photos, movies).
Where customers own computers/ SWEP players are to be used during training adminstrator priveleges are required or all software to be pre-installed prior to the date of training.
